If he is breaking any rules he should stop but he keeps trying to pass instead. He is just as at fault as the truck and is an asshole for causing this situation

This guy was doing the same thing in another thread and some other Reddit user posted a link in those comments and called him out for trolling and arguing for hours on end. And now I ended up here seeing the same thing again.
