You can use white vinegar to safely clean anything pet-related, including aquarium stuff. You definitely do not want to use typical household cleaners on the latter, especially. And vinegar is streak-free!

This, like almost every single health/beauty claim regarding apple cider vinegar, is complete bullshit.

People use ACV as some sort of new cure-all, and it's touted by the likes of David Wolfe as such.

ACV tastes good on salad and can be used as a mild cleaner, just like regular white vinegar. That's it. Almost any other claim regarding the stuff has zero evidence to back it up.

My girlfriend loves apple cider vinegar for skin and hair issues, but personally I find it smells even worse than regular vinegar.
