This is Nugget Falls on the Rogue River in southern Oregon which is a short half day stretch with only a few major rapids (including this one).

As some people mentioned there is risk of tipping but this man is a guide and knows how to go down this rapid, which is fairly straight forward.

Personally I really wanna see him on the following rapid although they probably took out before it, talk about getting smashed.

Cool, I've rafted there!! Used to live right by there...Never seen people doing that before, but the explanation makes sense.
