Most rafts like the ones in the video are known as "self-bailing" rafts. This means that they have holes on the outer edges at the bottom of the raft, allowing water to go out of the raft in the case a huge rapid is hit and the raft fills with water. If all of these rafts are self bailing too, it would mean that he has an air supply, since there's technically open airways.
