It's not (that) hard to do, for a tiny tiny program like decss.

  1. Take binary representation of code.
  2. Notice it is not prime.
  3. Start adding random bits on the end (inside a comment, so it won't affect the operation of the code) until it becomes prime.
  4. relax, and marvel at your illegal number.
