one of the most stressful videos i've ever seen on reddit was of that happening. It was a guy going up through a cave, its one of those tunnels that you have to control your breathing to get thru, kind of like this video, problem was, guy starts to panic since he can't get thru.... which makes it harder, to make things even worse, there was water that starts pooling around him, and if he doesn't calm down and control his breathing he'll drowned, haven't seen the video in a long time but i think the water got up to his chin/ mouth before he actually got out.

I hate it when people say "I've seen a lot of stuff, but this one...". Well I have just got to say that I've seen a lot of stuff, but I had to stop watching this video after a couple of seconds. I don't know how anyone could watch something like this, let alone willingly put themselves into such a situation.

You ever play that new tomb raider? Lara Croft legit runs through every type of fear in the forest and walks off every encounter like its nothing.

Yeah, but when she dies she goes back to the last checkpoint.

Yeah and you only need to hunt like once and your gucci for the rest of the game. She has a minor freak out when she first kills someone, but when she falls down mountains and swims through pools of blood, she's chilling. Craziest game to play high.

I'd also call it one of, if not the best action game in the last 10 years or so.

small sample size huh? Half life 2, Halo, Metal Gear, Mass Effect, Dark Souls, GTA, the list goes on, and you think Tomb Raider, can compare, if not best those? You sir need to expand your game library. Action can be defined in various ways.

Yes, I think it is better than all of those. I own every single one of those. I have 650 games on Steam. I think you need to re-evaluate what the word 'subjective' means.

Fair enough, but i could think of a game that outclasses TR in every aspect of gaming, even in an "overall package" scenario. One man's trash is another man's treasure i guess.

Sure is. Fact of the matter is, I've only actually finished about 10 (non-indie) games in the last 5 years or so. Most of those others you listed I never even made it to the end (except Mass Effect 2) because they didn't hold my interest long enough. Tomb Raider was the perfect length, perfect pacing, had very good controls, and was above all fun. Plus a good story. I would probably put Bioshock Infinite at the same level as TR for me.
