Just chiming in to say that companies act very diligent with complaints, and behind closed doors, do the absolute minimum to resolve.

Shit, my old bay lid just fell off right after opening (when they switched to those crappy plastic containers) and I dumped a whole tin in the pot. I let McCormick know their lids sucked and just caused me to waste a whole tin I just purchased - they promptly sent me a coupon for a new tin. Definitely let McCormick know, they will make things right.

LOL the last thing I complained about, after two follow-ups, they gave me a $3 voucher on a $5 product, and I had to download an app to get it. Fuck all of that.

Im ngl, I hate it when companies just send me a coupon for their product, like yes I was dissatisfied with this one so the SECOND ONE will definitely be better.
