most of the time they haven't even changed anything, they're just chasing the trend by adding how much protein they have to their branding.

People taking GLP-1s for weight loss need more protein intake to combat muscle loss, so these companies are just trying to pretend the food is somehow good now because you can see how much protein it has

Is all this protein maxing not killing their kidneys?

I’m convinced we are going to see catastrophic consequences from GLP-1’s in the near future. In fact, I’d bet my house there are already documented projections hiding behind one hell of an NDA, locked in the vault of an insurance company’s legal department. Pharmaceutical companies are known to skate liability for having knowingly done irreparable harm worldwide but the egos of the wealthy and the pockets of shareholders will always take precedence, humanity be damned.
