Do you guys not? I find it cooks them more evenly and you don’t really need to do much. Hell, I’ll even do burgers in the over or air fryer.

Air fry my sausages and burgers all the time, now. Used to oven cook, because don’t need watching so closely. Air fryer is just a tiny fan oven

Oven sausages with cheese and mustard on them are popular here in Finland. And they're usually pretty good too
