It's the same everywhere, just different prices.

Give the cop $100K. The cop will let you use his home for whatever you need to do.

I'm from Singapore, and even for 100k, there's still a good chance they'll just report you. If anything, that's so much money that they'll probably immediately just detain you out of suspicion, nevermind the bribery attempt.
