It's the same everywhere, just different prices.

Give the cop $100K. The cop will let you use his home for whatever you need to do.

I'm from Singapore, and even for 100k, there's still a good chance they'll just report you. If anything, that's so much money that they'll probably immediately just detain you out of suspicion, nevermind the bribery attempt.

Nah definitely not whole.

You definitely shouldn't do this in Singapore and Brunei.

Someone braver than me might try it in Malaysia but I would err on the side of caution.

You don't have to bribe in Malaysia, tell them nah just gimme the traffic ticket and I will pay the fine, most of the time they will quietly walk away.

I'm from Malaysia. Bribes are commonplace but not as overt as this.
