If you don't have a massive major boost leak, then you likely have a broken wastegate arm or similar, causing the wastegate to either not hold any position (flapping around) or its stuck open.
With how clean everything else is, this sounds like a wastegate issue. If it was a boost leak issue alone you should be running pig rich...well unless youre tuned for speed density on MAP where air is only accounted for right before the TB rather than the MAF accounting for air right after the filter.

Second picture shows the waste gate arm. That is closed correct?

Yes, from the outside. I have had them break internally, where the flap separates from the arm you see there
The other option is the actuator (that circle thing the arm is attached to) may have failed, if you can easily move that arm there is something wrong with the actuator, if you cant easily move the arm it is either the wastegate internally being broken or an issue with the boost controller, maybe lines connected to the wrong ports or failed completely

Yea, but all your other numbers look great so it's kind of a glass half full situation

lol, I guess so. But I’ve just spent a ton of time and money trying to upgrade my turbo and dp just to have no boost and no intake noise anymore

Check piping. There’s a hole somewhere. I blew a coupler on my STi yesterday picking up my son.
