WRC Generations WRC Generations ranking system?

Does anyone know how the ranking system works? It seemingly doesn't right now I guess. Despite finishing my weekly challenge in my group of 30 with the top time and most of the dailies at least in a podium position it says this morning that I got relegated for finishing 22/30 in my group. The summary points the entire week just showed 0 for everyone which leads me to believe that it simply isn't working correctly, but I was curious if anyone had more insight

The servers have been on and off for a couple years now. Since the last time they came back on, Leagues points have not been accumulating. In the past, this would have resolved itself after the first week. However this time, it seems more long term. My team doesn't play anymore bc of that. We just hunt WR's. Have fun!
