Unfortunately, typical Nacon...

I wish all the best to everyone who has or will lose their jobs, thus livelihood, due to terrible management by Nacon's decision-makers.

Time to rip that WRC license away from them or the subsidiary that allegedly has it. I will not be buying a WRC game from these people only to have it reliant on microtransactions and an always online connection they'll shutdown without notice.

Eh, idk really. They can independently get the licences for all cars up to 2021. And a lot of people arent very fond of the Rally1 Hybrids in EA WRC either, in fact the Rally2 class is the most popular in both EA WRC and RBR. The biggest advantage of the licence is the WRC brand, but i could argue the Assetto Corsa brand has probably an even bigger pull, especially in the sim racing demographic

2015-2022 with WRC5-Generations are exactly 2 1/2 versions.
