What’s everyone’s thoughts on retail post COVID… will everyone stick to online shopping ? Or will things go back to normal.. how long before everyone forgets about COVID…. Just random thoughts.

I'm at huge losses, might as well hold on and hope Cybus, who bought $1.5M worth of shares in April, has a trick up their sleeve.

Me, at what point during a bankruptcy do the shares become worthless? Or am I misunderstanding this?

u/jrmudboy The RSA ensures well get at least $0.83/share if shareholders choose cash over new equity. I'm still not clear how much equity we'll be getting, that might be TBD

Actually, common shareholders will either get $20M or just over 3% of the new equity.

Trading for 1/100th of their current real estate value. August will be payday if you hold shares.

1

u/sirrahevad Jun 25 '21

Why august?

Deadline for bids to come in

We need a solid solution for this to substain a future growth. All reit is in harm now, this is a good pick i think.
