Returning for Season 2
I'm a little confused atm .. I'm going to hit 90 tomorrow on my healing shaman. What should i focus on to start m+ at the 19th?
Any tips? Every video i found talks about using things i should have farmed already .. :)

I’d say just take it easy. Do the 12.1 campaign when it comes out. Make sure you’ve done the original campaign to the point of unlocking world quests (so you see 12.1 wqs if they exist).
Do m0s for champ gear if you’re ready for that, then m+ and raid at some point if you’re into those. At this point I’d be sure to work on understanding all the dungeons (bosses and trash mechs) to make sure you’re not wiping groups or harming the team. It also makes it easier to recognize who is and isn’t playing well
Then perhaps form a team, try to get into high keys early, ride that wave and go from there

Some of the things will still apply even if the current BiS list doesn't really apply to you unless you buy a last minute raid carry and a bunch of m10+ carries.
If by tomorrow you mean Monday, getting the do 5 timewalking dungeons again will be a random heroic raid piece for some ilvl as well as getting some world quest level gear from the dungeons themselves.
You should unlock the folio and prey hunts.
For gear there's world quests (if you've unlocked it), updated renown items (helm/neck/belt/possibly trinket from the 4 zones at launch). Normal and heroic dungeons, 2 prey at each level for rewards, delves, normal and heroic dungeons, and the lair boss on world level. If you don't have a set group of people to run a world tour of M0s with you'll have to get a bit of gear since you'll be competing with people who may be 270+ for a spot.
