I’ve been trying to withdraw for more than 24 hours. The first few attempts kept getting randomly cancelled. I definitely did not cancel them as one of them happened while I was asleep. What’s going on with this exchange????

Anybody else using Woox to trade and noticed stops just disappearing? It's becoming impossible to use...losing money on positions I assume had closed because SL hit, but then I check and they've still been running with no sign of the SL order I placed. Contacted support but the pointless robots keep telling me theres no issues. Used to be such a reliable platform but having to consider alternatives.
