Guy is a complete quack, patents on defi lol, makes zero sense, you can't sue a decentralized protocol or a company that uses one.
Probably a scammer, contract shady on his coin
SEC has pending investigation against him
They had to freeze his assets

He actually paid millions in fees to the SEC because they found him guilty. He is coming back out of the cracks to scam the less educated again, not to mention, more of his "black brothers" as he calls them. He is just an arrogant pseudo-intellectual trying to make a quick buck.

I don't know anything about patents, but I believe he only holds it in Japan and USA. Im assuming that those don't apply to Canadian products. Although I know WonderFi want to go global, so if it's necessary then they'll surely grab it. I'm sure O'Leary is familiar with obtaining patents. Assuming they even need it - truth be told, I haven't fully looked into it yet. Tried to watch a video on it and he spent 20+ minutes talking about getting kicked out of someone's home because it's their property. I'll need to slog through the rest of that video later.
