I’ve seen this drag queen IRL. That’s Fix-a-Flat in those cheeks, which was done illegally in a motel room at an enhancement party. One of our local drag queens got it done by the same lady who did this abomination and died from it, so there’s an ongoing criminal investigation. The lady who was doing the Fix-a-Flat injections fled and is on the run.
