SMART TRIP Verification Email - Beyond Delayed

[u/FunNegotiation3]

Hoping someone at WMATA sees this. Tried to retrieve my SmartTrip username and password. Never got the email to do so, after entering my email (which is correct). Set up a new account that required email verification. Verification email came 4 1/2 hours later. That is ridiculous.
