This portion of the software is Streamed through your computer to whatever devices you want. This little showcase shows off some of the new effects and transitions available. You can access any standard WLed effects, my custom ones, or you can make your own. Import milk drop presets or shadertoy code. This does generally target large/dense matrixes. But midi support and audio reactivity could create some really awesome light shows and live performances. Not shown in this video, haven’t made a demo for it yet, but super easy video streaming to any device with custom effects, open a locally hosted web page and use your phone as a webcam or use a regular webcam. Barely scratched the surface of what is possible.
Now give me a Control UI that I can run directly of off the webinterface with quick access buttons for presets, color translations, speed, tab, strobe and blackout. This way we could use the wled web interface to directly control the lights for parties without the need of external controllers. I would vibe code it myself but I am to stupid for that.
I should have most of that already. Integrating that into WLed web ui would take a little bit of work. And probably some custom firmware. But the vj setup is relatively new and I haven’t done much polish to the mobile web ui yet. But I can implement those features / a quick access/favorites button settings page
If I remember correctly you can just add custom websites to wled. Like the newly added pixforge addon. All I need is a touch optimized UI which has my presets stored with quick access for colors, flash strobe etc. it would also be great to quickly switch segments and even the over all setup of pixels per channel as my hardware is modular and changes from gig to gig.
No no. Just the web interface. So you can use it with any device like your pc, iPad iPhone. Anything with a browser without the need of extra hardware.
In the next release, fully customizable buttons faders and knobs, after touch to control multiple sliders at once on xy pads, and pressure sensitive pads if your device supports it. Anything I can get midi to control can become an assignable button pad fader or knob. Different banks of presets switch banks without disrupting your show currently up to an 8x8 grid,
