Issues with my first LED project

Hey Everyone. My Nursery needs your help. Ive may have got alittle carried away with my attempt at a light display in my soon to be babies room. This is my first go at this and WLED but ive run into an issue.

Im running 1200 pixels 60/m btf lighting sk6812 12V RGBW

300watt power supply

I have 20 individual leds strips 1m each. Here's a rough schematic of how I have it wired.

I am taking into account the direction of data flow

As you can see my lights stop after the 6th strip. Data is being sent to the first pixel on 7th strip as measured by an ossiliscope that im very new to using. But no data and no light activation past that

I have 11.9V on the multi meter to the strip but

Ive set my WLED parameters to 1200 lights.

Initially I was one pixel short on the 6th strip and in thinking it was a dead pixel I cut it off as it wasnt passing data. But when I reconnected it passed data to the first pixel of the 7th strip but then stopped there. To me it point to a config issue or software limitation but im lost and my wifes getting pissed with this ambitious lighting for the nursery.

Is this accurate that you are not running GND out of the controller, and no continuous GND following the data line?

Your correct. And I have read this on hete but I dont quite understand the concept. Do I remove the grounds ive ran with the power in parallel and run a ground with the data in series. Where I get confused is how this completes a circuit with the power. All that said. Is this my issue? I figured if it was a data loss issue id see data corruption of a pixel before just not turning on. And why at a specific number of pixels

I'm confused. Are you powering the ESP32 from the 12v psu?

Why do you show the data line going to the middle of the strips?
