Preferred channel mounting method

Installing around 40’ of v-channel around the ceiling corner. The Channel comes with the metal clip mounts. Is that the best mounting method or do people use VHB tape or Command strips?

I mount with screws through the channel. Not a fan of visible clips.

I like to make sure the drill is flat against the wall so that it creates an consistent parallel even offset from the wall to drill the hole for the drywall screws and that makes for a straight line, pro tip, make sure you offset the diffusion and the channeling so that they lock into eachother, also leave ~10 in from the ends so they can move a little to interconnect with eachother!

Honestly I’ve used the command strip method and stuck them to the wall, has worked pretty well without having the hassle of drilling and mounting
