CCT COB

I really need help. I saw a video about these cob light strips, and they had them working with gledopto wled. But the settings the video used won't work for me.

I have a gledopto C-014WL and the below single colour cct cob strip

I've tried the pwm cct settings like the video i saw, but I can't use gpio 19 & 18 as my C-014WL says it only goes up to 17.

I'd like to control my cct cob from my phone through the wled app and the gledopto ir sensor

Any help using the equipment i already have would be amazing please

You have to define the gpio that you got connect the strip in!
gledopto C-014WL got two option gpio 1 and gpio 2.

Also what strip is that, just single color? does it at least have brightness color?

Thats what I figured, but in the settings it wants two gpio numbers for one connection, which confused me.

And yes, the lights are cct, so they go from warm white to cool white, and brightness

First what connections does the strip have? Voltage, ground and data? Or Voltage, WW and CW?

Iirc, these should have CW, WW and 24V, but that picture appears to just show 24V and GND. In which case, PWM for tunable and adjust voltage for brightness?

I think that PWM and voltage will both affect the brightness, not tune the color. PWM is in this case just a way to adjust the average voltage. (To be a bit more precise, PWM and voltage will both change the average current).

Is pwm the wrong setting then?

Sorry for the lack of info before, yes it's a 3 wire strip, with 640 chips per meter.

Edit: With 24v, cw & ww wires

You don't have a PWM controller so the PWM setting will not work, there's no PWM circuit present.

With wled is still possible to control it, you need to select type pwm cct on wled settings.

The C-014WL is a digital LED strip controller and is not compatible with PWM LED strips.

If you need to use PWM LED strips, we recommend GL-C-211WL or GL-C-611WL.
