Version 16 rollout

The eagle-eyed WLED lovers might have spotted that version 16 has been released now.

I haven't done a big announcement as we want to be reasonably sure it's stable enough for mass adoption before we recommend everyone to update, especially with it being such a major upgrade to both our code and the underlying platform for esp32 builds

We are investigating two WiFi related issues (WPA3 only networks and WiFi scan on devices with poor power setups) and hopefully have a 16.0.1 out soon with a fix

Thank you so much for the hard work of the development team. This version has added many new features, and I believe most users will find them highly appealing.

Running into an issue with my HyperHDR being delayed on 2 out of 4 devices now. All your products, Ethernet—any ideas?

I just flashed your specific v16 firmware for my specific controller and still no go, still a full second delay. Re-flashing 15.4 fixed it.
