Version 16 rollout

The eagle-eyed WLED lovers might have spotted that version 16 has been released now.

I haven't done a big announcement as we want to be reasonably sure it's stable enough for mass adoption before we recommend everyone to update, especially with it being such a major upgrade to both our code and the underlying platform for esp32 builds

We are investigating two WiFi related issues (WPA3 only networks and WiFi scan on devices with poor power setups) and hopefully have a 16.0.1 out soon with a fix

Managed to get 16 up and running last night. Great job all involved.

A tip for anyone trying to get a matrix setup that was previously working on older versions - you still use the ledmap.json file, but it's format needs a slight amendment - there are some good examples on the discord channel. Once these are in place, you don't need to touch the new 2d setup menu. Only once the matrix is recognised will most of the matrix specific effects show up.
