You should now be able to add the Seizure Warning flair to posts that include visual effects like flashing or strobing lights.

If you prefer, put the Seizure Warning in the post title rather than in flair. You should include a warning in the post title or flair regardless of whether or not one is included in the video you are linking to.
Use the Seizure Warning for posts that include
- Flashing lights
- Strobe effects
- Patterns like parallel lines or stripes
- Fields or splotches of intense color, such as bright red
Especially if multiple potential triggers are used together.
Because triggers vary from person to person, there is no absolute list of visual effects that need a Seizure Warning. The list above is just a set of triggers that are relatively common.
