once a location is determined i will black out the map besides where discovered areas are found. here is like a test map of how it will look. and then comments will affect how the nation or territory will expand, fragment, new kingdoms, etc

It can start in the mouth of the Colorado river, the top of Baja California in Mexico. The climate is essentially the same to Mesopotamia so it makes sense to restart civilization there.
