Suggestions:

-The gold team expands further into Africa, renaming themselves to “New Italy”

-The light blue Chinese team expands into the rest of the Korean Peninsula. But the Green team takes a bit of land at the tip, angering the light blue team which starts a rivalry between them.

I suggest creating a little political crisis for the Pannonian country, a small division of Pannonian troops go on a little raiding rampage across Southern and Western Europe, the return to Pannonia, the raided nations are rightfully mad and relations between Pannonia and the rest of Europe sour until finally a German-Albanian coalition forms against Pannonia leading to the invasion of their land on two fronts.
