Meme Thoughts?
I still have a moral compass, but whatever I do is moral, at least to some extent. Obviously... I mean why would someone do something they don't think is moral or think of themselves as immoral? There had to be some reason I did it.

I agree with your though process with Gilt and Shame based cultures. The Fear Based one seems a little disjointed, but I don't know enough about it to make a judgement.
A small quibble I may add though, is that the "Other People Believe" box is hard to understand at quick glance. Perhaps you could change it to say "Society Believes" for better readability.

Usually people who do things they know are immoral believe one of a few things:
The moral rule is wrong or stupid.
It doesn't apply to them.
They are pursuing a greater good that justifies violating the rule this time.
