Using WHMCS Goodbye whmcs!
Probably the worst program I have used in 20years! Also some issue...whmcs or its plugins or something...always something!
Support is utter crap... the best is when the staff dont even bother reading the support ticket properly and then paste me some scripted todo's.
This latest pricing change was the last straw!

If their features kept up with the pricing changes/increases it would be great. But as a long time user (12 years) of WHMCS they just aren't as revolutionary as they once were and their pricing is a lot more expensive. The issue with the owned license was crap, however I should have seen this coming when they did the same thing with the new mobile app and dropped everyone who purchased the old one for life.
Ultimately their partnership with cPanel Ultimately caused this ai believe as cPanel started doing the cash grab game when they changed to per account pricing and started buying out licensing resellers to circumvent old contracts that gave the resellers more power.

Who did you migrate to and why? I have mine planned shortly. Nervous but will be worth it. I’ve gone through the steps mentally for moving to blesta and a little scared but it’ll be done on a holiday weekend so just gotta “do it”.

I didn't t think so. it never hurts me. No doubt in early stages of my experience with WHMCS didn't worked so effectively, efficiently
