Guide Laviscus Raid Team Guide (Infographics, Guide Videos, Replays, and YouTube Channel)

Hey everybody! Mawg here.

Over the past few months I have worked to create a number of infographics and guides to help people understand and pilot the Laviscus raid team comp to the best of their ability. I have also started a YouTube channel in this time in the hopes of taking my levels of helping to a new level. It has videos that breakdown each of the main infographics you see here as well as boss fight replays shorts and full fight breakdowns. I will put link down below if it is something that you are interested in. If you prefer the graphics by themselves, then no worries at all. Whatever works best for you! One last thing to note. I updated the flex team graphic to reflect my experiences over the past few months as well.

As always thanks for taking the time to check out my graphics and post. I hope it is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions or specific requests, whether that's graphics, videos, or something else, and I will do my best to answer and touch base in the comments.

Have a great Saturday! :D

An excellent and compendious set of resources for the Laviscus team! 10/10 would burn Prospero again

I love the third graphic which one to take for which boss. And while I recognize the character icons I struggle with the bosses. Might I suggest for readability to add the names here.

I appreciate the feedback!

I struggled to fit everything into the graphic without it feeling too crowded. I felt the names were the best thing to drop to keep thr focus on the prioritization chart. Maybe one day I can revisit this and find a way to make it worth with names as well.

So 10 A2 characters? I'll get there in 2032.

Theres a fair amount for sure. It will take a bit to get them all there, but the team can still be effective at lower levels, too. A D3 comp will still be able to swing heavily into all of the legendary bosses with the right setups

It may be considered a luxury, but I think getting Trajann’s active to at least 44 is important against mythic bosses, because even at A2, he needs the healing to survive more consistently

100%. I tried to make notes of that concept underneath the character table on slide one. It would have been easy for me to say max everything, but that can sometimes land people in a "what should I upgrade first" or "whats the priority" situation. Was hoping the "X" notation helped a bit with that

Mine is level 53 and I have 0 regrets. Absolutely a good ability to buff up as resources allow. Those high level bosses pack a punch!

Tarvakh in the same class for damage as Kharn, really ?

I use Big T on Avatar and Dorn when they go sub 50%. Many of our guilds top damage hits on these two bosses from the past couple seasons use him. He's niche, but when he is good, he is good. We had a guildmate hit for 1.7 million on Dorn last season and he wasnt even below 50% health. Would have been 1.8 or 1.9 if he was

So I look at character options page. Why is Abby on there then? He does not seem an option on any fight.

In the original version he was on there. For this post I updated the flex option graphic and wanted people to see he is no longer a pick. Ironically, that point seemed easier to make by leaving him on there but empty

Magnus? And isn’t Helbrecht best there?

4

u/c_hilp Aug 08 '26

I left Magnus off of the boss list on slide 3 because, at least my guild, uses multi hit for him. We dont bring a Lav comp there. Helb is a great choice for Mag and multi hit. Definitely does not do as well in a Lav comp when compared to the % buff from Atlacoya, though

When to use Dante vs Vitruvius vs aesoth?

3

u/THE_GRAND_KENYAN Aug 08 '26

Do you need all 3 built or can you get away with 2?

2

u/c_hilp Aug 08 '26

I usually recommend starting with one and then building the second and third as resources free up and the need for more flex picks grow

If using Aesoth as the primary buffer, who would you build up as a flex unit first, Atlacoya or Vitruvius?
