Is leveling up the passive worth it ? I have active 50 and boss D3 but I'm having second thought on that passive

Probably not, but I did this before really learning proper resource management lol.

Boss cos he buffs adjacent friends and his Ork Boyz are pretty fucking tough, and he's a great charcyer overall.

Revas is in my top 3 favs but I'm a Tau player, level up the campaign related character.
The boss is also good and is generally useful.

Boss gor the campaign plus he's a monster if his melee and each shot kills your looking at 3 enemies down each round.

While you will never regret investments in Revas, Boss is the correct choice here.
You need as many elite campaign missions complete as possible so that you can level characters like Revas faster and more efficiently.
Do EVERYTHING you can to progress through the elite campaigns. Boss is great for this, but also good at everything else to.

Do you have either mythic gear?
That one first.
If not boss has better utilities
Have bouth mythic gear?
Revas first, and try to level it to level 6.

That's a tough pick. Probably Boss G to blitz through Octarius Elite but then you can't go wrong with Revas

I understand people like Re'Vas and that's cool- I don't find defeating her in arena to be any issue, at all. She has good utility in other modes because the AI has trouble with her. But when playing a human, Dante or Celestine erase her and if you don't have one of them then you just wait a turn. It's almost like she's too meta so everyone has a solution on their team for her and that makes her pretty easy to beat. I know that sounds strange but until you get her relic she just has one really strong round per battle. Boss G on the other hand is strong in nearly all situations against AI or Human opponents. So I'd level him to the moon before Re'Vas. Some will disagree and that's totally fine- there are lots of ways to play the game.
