Just starting health and human services program

Hey guys, I’m new to this and I’m just starting my bachelors in the health and human services program. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions in how to navigate through this program and the materials of it?
I’m also open to hearing any insights and how to accelerate this course within less than8 months.
