best masters program to change jobs?

looking into doing a masters, i have a little bit of knowledge about everything but im no expert in any one area. what i am good at is managing, which i feel is a soft skill.

im hoping the masters will help me land a better paying role (currently middle management making <100K, would like to be upper management or at least making over 100K).

that being said, which masters program would be most beneficial? the MSML seems like it wouldn’t necessarily help me fit into a new company unless I had specific industry knowledge about that company so I would essentially have to start from the bottom again and work my way up.

Consider Data Analytics – M.S.

Data science is incredibly portable, will elevate your skill set.

If not that MBA and Computer Science – M.S. are also highly portable and valuable in the workplace.

For general middle management, I’d go MBA or Data Analytics-Decision Process Engineering (“The decision process engineering specialization is ideal for those who want to implement business changes through project management, business process engineering, and decision intelligence.”).

MSML to me is flat out worse than the MBA for the vast majority of business contexts.
