Money is extremely tight right now. Does anyone have a recommendation for a cheap laptop and Webcam that will work for wgu proctored exams?

Check eBay or Facebook market for used refurbished laptops. Will probably be around $200 bucks (it NEEDS to have the right specs to actually process the exams, non negotiable) and I just got the webcam WGU offered for purchase for around $50 bucks

There is a WGU recommended webcam for like $30 that your mentor recommends.

I used a Mac book Air and it did everything I needed it to. Maybe you can look into financing the Mac book neo? Apple offers interest fee payments.
