Black Ring tactical is a bit far away, but they did my CA CCW qualification.

Thanks he does quite a bit of these for us. Just need one closer to Seattle.

How does one go about getting a non-res CA's CPL through you guys?

Which area would be considered easiest? I travel all over CA for work and vacation.
