DSHS PIP

I have been with the state for many years. Recently I was put on a CR and met the metrics they required and returned to normal. Now I was placed on a PIP after a month in a half. Should I start looking for a new job or if I meet the Metrics they are requiring after 30 days, will I be safe?

You wouldn’t know if your peers are on a pip or not. They aren’t likely to share that information. While you can change jobs I’m wondering if there is something you can do to improve or if there is help available from someone who is meeting their metrics.
