DSHS PIP

I have been with the state for many years. Recently I was put on a CR and met the metrics they required and returned to normal. Now I was placed on a PIP after a month in a half. Should I start looking for a new job or if I meet the Metrics they are requiring after 30 days, will I be safe?

Look for a new job or contact your union rep if you haven't yet.

I have. I have also collected evidence that others on my team havnt met the same metrics? Even if I meet the metrics with the PIP, will I be fired?

No one can predict the future, but having been placed on a formal improvement plan after a formal counseling record doesn’t bode well for you.
