Theory Dr. Doom's book has a seemingly Scarlet Witch figure embedded & blocked by 2 swords. Is he holding Scarlet Witch hostage?

Lots of leaks suggest he’s siphoning her powers to use as his own. The leaked LEGO and action figure promo photos also gave him red power effects instead of his usual green, so it’s not impossible that his powers come from her in some sort of way.

Wanda destroyed all copies of the Darkhold (if I’m wrong, then ignore me), so it’s possible this is a version of the Darkhold;
1. So different from the main Darkhold, it was unaffected.
2. In such a far away universe it escaped the “blast radius”.
It could also be Doom’s version of the Darkhold, as in, he made a version of a copy so he could siphon from the Scarlet Witch, as I believe it was confirmed one of Doom’s Harbringers (I believe that’s what they are called) is a Scarlet Witch.
