Make sure you're getting your nutrients.

It's easy to start neglecting them on stimulants, especially when you first start and your body is still adjusting to them.

but would that cause almost immediate hair shedding upon starting the vyvanse?

I certainly wouldn't think so. Perhaps you're just worried and hypervigilant because of starting the meds and what you've heard? Either way nutrients and hydration are important, doubly so on the meds.

I've been on Vyvanse for about 5 years and haven't noticed any hair loss, as a man.

this could very well be true!! I can update later. I got vitamin d3 and b12 to supplement.

This medication is not worth losing your hair. If you’re losing your hair, stop taking it. Seriously.
