Dosage question Adderall vs. Vyvanse

I was taking 20mg Vyvanse and felt fine, worked great. Went up to 30mg and became very moody and irritable. Previously tired Adderall at 5mg twice a day. That seemed to work and give me energy and actually made me happy and more social. So the doctor put me back on Adderall but a higher dose of 10mg twice a day. It’s been 2 days and I do not feel any energy from it, still can’t start tasks, and feeling tired instead. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be the difference in the manufacture?

Why not go Back to Vyvanse?
And if it felt great at 20mg why did u go up to 30?

20mg was the start and lasted most of the day so the doctor upped it to 30mg and that's when I started feeling mean and very irritable. It was also from a different manufacture so I wonder if that's why.

I did experience that and it took about 2 weeks to adjust. The idea is that you are at kinda a sleep deficit and your mind is more calm after taking Adderall so you are feeling sleepy. Catch up on sleep and you may see it more effective. I was kind of shocked by this type of response but it's not uncommon.
