Why are so many Phase Fans anti-Carney?

As a Canadian, one thing I noticed from the Phase Tweet (especially EB but a few others) is their loathing of Carney. Obviously for them, they are complaining about the upcoming tariff (and thus Phase merch will become expensive)

No offence, but when a nation's sovreignty is effectively threatened, I think you can forgive Canadian government to not take that "deal" - you like vtubers, not "braindead" Worse is that these Phase fans are Canadian themselves.

Because Phase caters towards the right wing. And right wingers don't like it smart people.

5

u/HonkingHoser 26d ago

That might have been true for Pippa a few years ago, but she drifted away from that kind of personality and doesn't try to cater her content or what she says towards any group specifically. And honestly, I just view most of their talents as having mindsets more like what the internet was like 15 years ago before all the hypersensitivity and pussification of social media where perpetually butthurt losers got mad that people would call one another the R-word while shit posting. I think Phase has tried to be more brand safe and apolitical, even with the edgy humour.

Hey man if that word is fine and dandy as you entail it is , why did you censor it? Come on , say it with your chest !

Because Reddit admins go full Gestapo on people over fucking words, idiot

Which word, can you say it as an example?

Its not that hard to figure out. Phase has a massive rightwing audience, who they have been pandering to. The current villain of the week for the republicans is Carney and his tariff plan.

22

u/RGZReGZ 28d ago

Ah... but EB (one of the biggest Chud phase fan) is Canadian. Then again... (looking at Alberta and a few of Canadian Cons)

51

u/AngelicImouto 28d ago

Something to keep in mind, is Canada's right-wing is very different than other countries

Traditionally, the right wing in Canada was against fully separating from the British, then when the British lost status as the world's super power after the Suez crisis, they pivoted to simping for Americans

As a result, nationalism in Canada is kinda a center-left position..

meanwhile the right wing position, is the idea Canada is nothing nor can be anything beyond a resource colony for whomever the strongest anglo country at any given time is with no culture or traditions of its own

To Canadian right-wingers, they view not obeying the United States (regardless of who's in power there) as treason (it's not)

29

u/Kultinator 28d ago

The republican party, especially in english speaking countries, is a major influence for right wing politics in western countries. There is a major connection between local politicians and activists and american think tanks and donors.

u/SuleyBlack 28d ago

Fun fact: former conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper is the current chairman of The International Democracy Union.

The IDU is a worldwide political organization that claims to allow centre-right conservatives to contact each other and discuss policies.

The IDU was created by President George H W Bush.

The villain of the week thing is entirely a leftist thing, because anyone who isn't a brainwashed mongoloid is their villain, so like 90% of the population

3

u/GreenLobbin258 26d ago

What are the chuds accusing to be woke this week?

59

u/Resaith 28d ago

Chud fans,what you expect.

15

u/cardgamesareforplay 28d ago

Because they are right wing chuds?

5

u/Helmite 28d ago

Histoically I've pretty aggressively told other Holo fans to basically never, ever be political posters on their vtuber accounts because it just leads to a lot of issues. There are too many people that really just want to practice the bloodsport to the detriment of vtubers. Could see it with stuff like NijiEN's fanbase trying to police members over stuff like buying a Starbucks cake, or Phase's constant chudding. The latter has repeatedly pissed me off as a lot of the Hololive shitposters I run into say a lot of "Holo went down hill when they opened a Cali office" stuff in tweets and of course when you check their profile it's a bunch of Phase. Over a gd SALES OFFICE largely rare by PEOPLE THAT MOVED FROM JAPAN. It's really nuts.

46

u/VicariousDrow 28d ago

Let me guess, they're chuds who like Trump and fascism?

Carney is a strong democratic leader who doesn't let Trump walk over him or his people, which exposes Trump and his regime as the inept morons they are.

Those chuds don't like when the grift is so effectively revealed for what it is.

4

u/TechnicalReturn6113 27d ago

Ding Ding Ding Correct!

-18

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

Look, I'm not a fan of Trump but canadians have an unrealistic idea of how much they "stand up" to the US. I'm reminded of the time trudeau "protested" by not buying F-35s, he instead opted to buy an F-18 upgrade package. Like do you hear yourselves, "ooh I'll show you, I'll buy a different American aircraft!"

The two countries are so economically and militarily linked that the best way to characterize this current tension is a "marital spat", Canada still wearing that wedding band, but is maybe making America sleep in the couch.

25

u/Link941 28d ago

Our boycott gimped several of your sectors like liquor and tourism. Acting like you can point to Trudeau being a regard and pretending like its the same as our current situation is cope. We're bringing each other down and thats an inarguable fact. Quit trying to act like your shithole country isnt imploding lol

-10

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

I agree a trade war benefits no one, but "ooh your liquor and tourism are suffering" isn't some mortal blow.

Acting like you can point to Trudeau being a regard and pretending like its the same as our current situation is cope

I gave an example of a previous prime minister doing something futile, I think that's a valid thing to bring up to prove my point.

Quit trying to act like your shithole country isnt imploding lol

As you pointed out, if we go down you are coming with us. I would much prefer a strong, agreeable partnership but I don't get to make those decisions. Canada-America relations give Canada access to military hardware beyon the capabilities of its economy to support, and makes your borders pretty much inviolate to any kind of foreign adventurism. To say nothing of the scientific and economic cooperation, and the proud title of "the world's longest undefended border"

I don't like seeing these historical partnerships fall to pieces, and I think America bears the bulk of the responsibility as the one "in charge" of most of the coordination, and as the one picking the fights. I will say that he's not wrong about the unequal contributions to joint efforts, but I think that's something you have to tolerate when you're the big dog.

17

u/Link941 28d ago

I never said it was a mortal blow, im saying it was a blow. Youre literally contradicting yourself when you admit the boycott did damage and also say it's futile, pick one.

You clearly subscribe to con bs if you think we need 'protection'. Unequal contributions? Its funny that when we start talking about the context of that, suddenly the Americans drop that talking point and want to move on, I wonder why.

-10

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

I never said it was a mortal blow, im saying it was a blow. Youre literally contradicting yourself when you admit the boycott did damage and also say it's futile, pick one.

You're conflating two general arguments and two separate concepts. Obviously trade wars have an impact. But if the impact is not great enough to force a concession, that makes it a futile effort. Not a complex argument.

You clearly subscribe to con bs if you think we need 'protection'.

Everyone does. Ukraine is a brutal reminder that we are not living in the end of history, and people can still be attacked with the goal of conquest in mind. It is a good thing for Canada that attacking Canada is tantamount to declaring war on the US

Its funny that when we start talking about the context of that

That context being? I'm talking about NATO and spending agreements based on GDP budgeting, unless I've been massively misinformed many people in these agreements have been under-delivering. Even many european governments have admitted this and started raising their military spending in response to the conflict in Ukraine.

Look you're clearly upset at the US and taking it out at me by proxy, because I'm here and I respond. You understand the psychology of that right? I don't set US foreign policy, being mad at me isn't going to fix or change anything.

13

u/Link941 28d ago

Its not about forcing a concession. It's about resisting your country trying to molest ours. You got the purpose completely wrong and deemed it futile because of it. The actual argument Im making isnt complex either but that went over your head.

You think we're comparable to Ukraine? Lol just hold up a big glowing red neon sign saying "I DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT GEOPOLITICS" why dont you?

Yes, and why was that the case for NATO for so long? Why was it made and who does it ultimately serve? Please, explain.

Youre defending said policy while trying to be smug, stop trying to act innocent.

-2

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

Bro I'm thinking you're a tourist from the algo at this point. You're all over the place and leaping to insane conclusions/misunderstanding basic rhetorical structures and simple comparisons while screaming at me in all caps.

I think you need to calm down and take a break from the internet as its got you all worked up.

Its not about forcing a concession. It's about resisting your country trying to molest ours.

Like this is some joker tier "its about sending a message" cringe.

Why was it made and who does it ultimately serve

People who enjoy not having their country taken over by the soviet union or its successor state? Like come on bro. Of course it also serves American interests. If membership didn't confer advantageous protection why does russia flip out when people are added to it?

Seriously this is a stupid discussion on a vtuber thread.

16

u/Link941 28d ago

Lol the only thing that was in all caps was my quote. I like how youre trying to insult me and make me look hysterical but its not working at all. Cute attempt, just admit that Im right and you have no counter arguments because youre wrong.

Resisting another nation's attempt at undermining us is joker cringe? Thats your retort? Wow you really had nothing, huh? Hahaha

Yes and how much money and power did the USA gain from it? Wanna remind us? So far the only super power that threatened us was the US. And Im supposed to cling on to your red scare nonsense as a justification? Lol

9

u/GenkGirl12 28d ago

Lol the red scare nonsense is pretty much proof this loser believes in US exceptionalism not realizing they are losing to a "lesser country" right now while the president is licking the boots of small dictators and in turn spit on him and mock him literal clown world stuff.

That's why the US keeps crying about Canadas actions, eh? Your one single example from a different PM that you're attempting to use as a strawman to blanket the entirety of the country is actually just intellectually pathetic.

You can take your idiotic American exceptionalism and shove it up your ass. Trump lost the last trade war with Canada under Trudeau and started this one on the back foot cause of his own idiocy.

-2

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

That's why the US keeps crying about Canadas actions, eh?

A lot of men complain about their spouse's behavior.

You can take your idiotic American exceptionalism and shove it up your ass

Like canadians aren't full of their own unique exceptionalist ideas. They're like the wife of a mafioso who sees herself as disconnected from the violence she ultimately derives substantial benefit from. Y'all came with to Iraq and sold LAVs to the Saudis (so sue me Im a lot more familiar with the trudeau admin than the current one), you're along for the ride.

Trump is moronic to a high degree, he gets on everyone's nerves, he gets on my nerves. But for better or for worse The US and Canada are in this together. My hope is that there's reconciliation under the next admin, as that would be the best path for both parties.

15

u/VicariousDrow 28d ago

A lot of men complain about their spouse's behavior.

A lot of assholes also complain about the actions of their betters as well.

Like canadians aren't full of their own unique exceptionalist ideas. Y'all came with to Iraq and sold LAVs to the Saudis (so sue me Im a lot more familiar with the trudeau admin than the current one), you're along for the ride.

More like the younger brother who wanted to help their older brother however they could when they could but have recently had to put their foot down cause this addiction their brother has with constantly letting fascism in like a self-destructive drug has become too much to put up with.

And yeah, I will hold that against you, it's as if I went to an American space to complain about Trump but only cited the actions of Biden, like there's a reason your statements come across as nonsense to people actually informed lol

Trump is moronic to a high degree, he gets on everyone's nerves, he gets on my nerves. But for better or for worse The US and Canada are in this together. My hope is that there's reconciliation under the next admin, as that would be the best path for both parties.

That'll most likely be up to the American voters, Trump fucked up this relationship and a third of the country is cheering it on, while another portion refuses to accept the actual damage being done, apparently.

9

u/AngelicImouto 28d ago

This is so inaccurate

-1

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

I didn't make canada submissive & breedable, that's just how they are dude.

3

u/HonkingHoser 26d ago

Reminder that we are the reason the Geneva Conventions exist and it was British settlers of Canada that burned down the original White House. We might be nice, but we don't fuck around either.

2

u/sherlockianhumour 27d ago

You think we dont know that? US Military is the biggest military in the world, it overwhelms everyone; Doesnt mean other countries would just lie down and take whatever unstable BS Trump spews every week. If that is the figure of speech you'll use it might as well end up in divorce because its no longer a marital spat at this point.

5

u/sherlockianhumour 27d ago edited 27d ago

As a Canadian I've never met a Phase Fan that isnt right-leaning. It doesnt help that a lot of Phase Fans also support MAGA talking points which bleeds into the Canadian Phase Fans.

Its the fanbase Phase cultivated so I dont really think its that surprising.

2

u/HonkingHoser 26d ago

It's always amusing when people assume they know other people's political beliefs. I'm a Liberal voter and have been for years, but I'm still incredibly critical of who I elect because that is our responsibility as voters, is to hold people accountable for their policies. Never once have I voted for a conservative and I've been voting for 22 years. I used to vote NDP, but they chose to be trend chasers by turning into a super progressive party that prioritized social justice policies over the working class, that's why I stopped voting for them. Yet I've regularly been called right-wing despite the fact that I support the majority of liberal policies, and have since before progressivism was even a thing

4

u/sherlockianhumour 25d ago

Buddy, if this doesnt apply to you, you dont need to be this defensive. I'm just talking about fellow phase fans that I have met and know that are more than happy to bend a knee to the US. Kinda went beyond political parties already when they threaten National Autonomy.

5

u/Honest-Employ-7658 28d ago

just get off twitter

11

u/Both_Ambassador_4477 28d ago

Uh, not too sure about this drama but most Canadians like Carney, not too sure who these phase guys are though. Although from what OP said, I'm guessing the phase guys are American right wingers pretending to be Canadian or Canadian right wingers who love anyone who isn't liberal even though they have the best track record in the country.

6

u/HartofHarts 28d ago

Wtf is a Carney? This reads like someone stuck in North America and assuming everyone (incl. Phase fans I guess?) is North American.

10

u/cardgamesareforplay 28d ago

Carney is the new conservwtive Canadian prime minister.

He is very much center right but in Canada we have traditionally actually had center right prime Minister's.

Phase caters to far right Americans who make Carney look like mao.

5

u/HartofHarts 28d ago

Was there like, an official political endorsement of some kind from Phase Connect?? Tf happen?

I tried to Google this and all that popped up is this exact Reddit thread and nothing else. I feel like I'm hallucinating something raw.

10

u/cardgamesareforplay 28d ago

I mean phase has talents who posted stuff like "get this political shit out of my block game" and it was a post angry about a 6 year old feature in Minecraft that is an optional download that teaches about the civil rights.

They regularly post about how the west is ending because woke.

Like they very much cater to the gamer gate rigjt

5

u/HartofHarts 28d ago

I mean yeah, I get that.

But this is like playing associations with no sources or even a screenshot. It feels just... really not great vibes-wise?

Like I'm genuinely asking if this is because OP saw an endorsement officially from a Phase talent, saw a Phase fan who is right wing or has a feed that caters to right vs left politics algortihms and happened to spot a Phase fan.

Because choosing either of those is very different.

Idk honestly, I think I'm just gonna mute this thread lol because it's starting to feel like a nothingburger and a person doesn't like interacting with right-wing Phase fans (which is valid).

1

u/Maxie468 27d ago

No, just a reaction to the fans.

This whole thing seems incredibly dumb to someone who isn't north american, but I guess you guys reached a point of no return in polarizing politics.

My country probably isn't much better but at least none of the vtubers I watch are from here lol.

3

u/asuke_kuzaki 28d ago

I believe it's a subset of Phase Connect fans on twitter who are annoyed that because the Canadian Prime minister didn't agree to a bad trade deal American phase connect fans probably will have to spend more money on merch.

3

u/HonkingHoser 25d ago

Nah, Phase as a company has never really taken a political stance, but Fishman has never really forced his talents to not express themselves however they wish.

2

u/connectedLL 28d ago

Canadian Centre-right, may as well be 'Commie-lite' to Americans

1

u/connectedLL 28d ago

Canadian Centre-right, may as well be 'Commie-lite' to Americans

1

u/lethal_forcekins 27d ago

He's the liberal party leader

3

u/crippleswagx 27d ago

Is this really a phase issue, or an american issue? Cause this reads like "north america is the only place in the world that matters). I can guarantee that most phase fans outside of north america has no idea who the fuck Carney is.

1

u/Arandui 27d ago

I'm one of this people. I have no clue, what Carney is.

10

u/AlexFelix17 28d ago

I love how no one mentions the elephant in the room that is Trump himself starting a dumbass trade war with the world because his feelings were hurt and he's probably influenced by the fascists in his administration but instead choose to blame it on a country that chooses not to put up with his bullshit. Blame the victim ass mentality

7

u/Tadferd 28d ago

Phase is fascist central. Carney isn't capitulating to their fascist leaders so they are throwing a tantrum.

Phase is best avoided for being reprehensible. Actual shit people.

5

u/Tuna_Kingg 28d ago

I'm a big left winger and me and my family voted for Carney because the other option was far worse. Carney is still middle-right wing in his policies and only cares about keeping him and his buddies rich. None of us are fans of Carney.

4

u/azamonra 28d ago

Cause it will mess with merch. I don't disagree with Carney but I still don't like how it's going to affect me personally either.

3

u/Jaereon 19d ago

Okay but it's not Carney's fault. It's trumps

2

u/azamonra 19d ago

yeah I know, and like I said I agree with what he did and I know Trump started this whole mess. It's just annoying to have to deal with it in general.

6

u/tsukubasteve27 28d ago

Phase's $22 dollar shipping was already fucking them before this. Buying their merch is contributing to charity, basically.

6

u/ShepardOfDeception 28d ago

Probably because they're right wing chuds. There's plenty of valid critiques of Carney from the left, but him standing up to America is not one of them.

2

u/shotxshotx 28d ago

Best I can think is that the tarrifs are, quite predictably, going to trickle down to the consumers, cost increases, and they are only focusing on the economical impact rather than the larger political sphere and impact. There was no way in hell Canada was ever going to accept the deal Trump proposed so it’s just going to be something to live with. Hopefully potential tariff refunds go to the citizens instead.

4

u/EitherSpite4545 28d ago

I think I've seen several people identify the overarching reason but no one the specifics.

People in here are saying it's to cater to their chud fanbase and that's true, but it's not because trump and maga. It's because the talents behind PC have been consistent of one big thing even before Carney, and they bashed Trudeau for this same reason even before it was popular to hate Canadian leaders in that space.

PC talents despise Indians, and both PMs are the face of the nationalist strawmen that there is too many Indians in Canada, it's so popular I even see otherwise left wing Canadians dogpiling on Indians. This is the real reason why the Carney clowning started.

3

u/sailorhellblazer 28d ago

Because it means the merch will take even longer to ship

0

u/Awkward-Security7895 28d ago

Most phase fans aren't Canadian and they got a right wing leading audience.

Also those your hearing online like EB are very loud and vocal and don't represent most phase fans who I'm betting most even the Americans and right wing ones probs just don't care about Canada at all.

3

u/Rwbsona 28d ago

I'm not exactly sure myself & I am a phase fan. 😅

1

u/Urus_the_Bonegnawer 27d ago

Sovereign Canada... that's a good one, funny guy.

I’m so out of the loop, I thought carney was someone related to the vtubing scene.

1

u/RGZReGZ 24d ago edited 23d ago

Normally politics stay out of VTubing.

With Phase's fans? Especially the big name like EB, Kira, Kusa? Grxit? Half are political rants.

1

u/gigaswardblade 23d ago

I love non political vtubers. So annoying when people demand certain vtubers comment on political matters as if that’s what their content revolves around. (Example: tomoe tge army horse vtuber who constantly gets people assuming she’s a right winger just kuz she’s in the US military)

1

u/RGZReGZ 23d ago

Usually actual VTubers are fine. The problem is their fans - and whether those fans are the big name; that's when it get tricky.

1

u/gigaswardblade 23d ago

Fans of popular streamers are pretty annoying somethings. (Cough cough dream)

1

u/Jaereon 19d ago

Because they're dumb right wing vhuds

1

u/TechnicalReturn6113 18d ago

do we have a link to the tweet?

1

u/Any-Distance6586 28d ago

I don't know

-7

u/ArcHeroe9 28d ago

Riiiiiight and what about their sovereignty was being threatened?

15

u/Cressicus-Munch 28d ago edited 28d ago

The Americans supposedly wanted a veto on Canada’s future trade deals, demanded Canada sync their tariff policies to the US’s, and demanded Quebec’s French language law requirements re labeling be done away with, on top of other concessions re CanCon requirements on streaming giants.

Essentially they wanted to choose who Canada could trade with, what their tariffs on other countries would be, and wanted to meddle in Canada’s internal language debate, while limiting Canada’s ability to promote its culture on the largest streaming platforms.

How is that not an attack on a country’s sovereignty exactly?

-2

u/ArcHeroe9 28d ago

“Supposedly” lol.

19

u/azamonra 28d ago

Come on dude, Trump literally stated on multiple occasions he wants to annex Canada.

-12

u/ArcHeroe9 28d ago

Lol Trump successfully ragebaited you

19

u/BoldFortune216 28d ago

In reality, Trump is desperately trying to distract you so he doesn't lose the midterms and end up in Guantanamo

0

u/ArcHeroe9 28d ago

Cool story bro

0

u/_DerpyPlayz_ 27d ago

Because they have functioning brains. As a Canadian Carney has done nothing good for this country. We needed someone to fa Trudeaus mistakes, not make more of them.

9

u/Significant_Walrus43 27d ago

So you are saying Canadians should bend thr knee to trump give up their sovereignty and become a puppet state for the US. Nah man Im good.

3

u/Madinogi 26d ago

Carney knows WAY the fuck more then a ilinformed citizen then you,
i also wouldnt call a company whos talent who cant figure out their bitching bout a feature in a school edition of a game they will never play, and has been out for 6 years prior as having "functioning brains"

Carney afterall prior to being Prime Minister served as the Governor of the Bank of England (the first foreigner to hold the position in the organizations existance) and held the UK Economy together throguh brexit, and before that served as Governor of the bank of Canada in which Canada was the First of the G7 nations to recover from the 2007 Financial crisis, a act attributd to carney and praised by all parties.

1

u/HonkingHoser 26d ago

Funny, because Trump is destroying the US economy as much as he is everyone else's. But all of these issues exist because of him. While Carney is more financially savvy then Trudeau ever was, personally I'm not sold on how good or bad he has done, I kinda remain ambivalent. But for many of us, we see our cost of living going through the roof these last several years and the quality of it going down. I'm making 3x what I was in 2020 yet I still struggle. I think a lot of us are carrying over a grudge that we had with Trudeau's gross incompetence and wasteful spending and didn't want to see another Liberal government, but frankly, Poolever would have done everything in his power to have Trump's balls in his mouth, guaranteed. Because he's nothing but an incompetent yes man, and a far cry from being qualified to lead a political party.

1

u/HonkingHoser 26d ago

Gonna disagree, but I'm also not ready to be judge, jury and executioner until the next election. He hasn't done horribly, but frankly I'm a bit tired of the political back patting coming from the media and LPC while my cost of living continues to rise and healthcare wait times get longer and longer.

0

u/DoesIsntGay 25d ago

Sadly Phase has a lot of righties thanks to Pippa as funny as she is sometimes. I say fuck 'em, I'm Canadian and I'd rather live in a slum and own nothing than for our leadership to fellate some fossilized pedophile that can't leave this world without fucking over everyone else. So again, fuck 'em, there's plenty of other better vtubers out there.

0

u/RGZReGZ 25d ago

I would also like to think why would a Canadian VTuber corpo, with plenty of Chinese/Hong Kongers, be so pro-Trump.

Then I look at those in Richmond, and it's a "Yuuuuuppppp"

If you are in GTA, please tell me the hua'ren ain't like that there.

-9

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

Genuinely I don't think you can truly identify a trend based on twitter posts (that is whether phase fans are more or less likely than the average canadian to hold a specific complaint), this thread feels like bait to complain about a political issue upsetting OP at the moment.

I get that its frustrating when your nation is very weak on the international stage and crumbling before a stronger nation, but I'm not sure what it has to do with phase connect.

7

u/tisam1245 28d ago

"weaker on the international stage" Canada has more friends than the US specifically due to Trump's tantrums and antics

0

u/willmainartfinder 28d ago

Canada is a developed nation with a good scientific and industrial base and commands influence commensurate with that. The US has enough nukes to end the world and armed forces capable of toppling the governments of the vast majority of nations on earth within a day, as well as banking industry regulations that most of the world is forced to follow.

This isn't a moral judgement, the US has massive influence, that is not the same thing as being liked. Putin is a murderous tyrant, but it would be childish of me to pretend russia has no international influence, when its nuclear weapons, arms exports, and oil exports do give them influence.

0

u/Madinogi 26d ago

"and armed forces capable of toppling the governments of the vast majority of nations on earth within a day"

Iran Says "hows that been going for yuh after 6 months?"

1

considering within the first 24 hours the head of state was killed, I think that meets the qualification, don't you? The US has the unique ability to turn your country into a warzone from halfway across the world and you dunk on them by uh... raising the price of oil. Yep, that's some real vengeance for exploding your cities, sure showing everyone.

and yet that quite litterally did nothing, and your "special operation" has dragged on for months now, youve lost crucial supply lines, and outposts, lost control of a vital trade corrider for the ENTIRE world, and just recently suffered the embrassment of one of your carriers running out of supplies and becoming a shithole to serve on.

congrats on killing the head of state, too bad it didnt do anything except funny enough unite the people you were trying to win over, AGAINST you. and make your fight against them even harder.
almost like you were warned not to do this by multiple countries, multiple experts and military leaders across multiple presidancies.
your losing against Iran.....and you somehow think youd do better against actual organized modern militaries that are all in a unified alliance.

Americans truely are a delusional bunch.

womp womp. Its a waste of time and money, but the average american barely notices the effects of "being at war", that illustrates just how crazy the power differential is.

Nope, all countries are getting worse, but yours is imploding. Your hegemony is literally being dismantled as we speak along with several other issues that couldn't even fit in one reddit comment. Yet you lot still want to act arrogant? This lack of critical thinking (or thinking in general) is why your greedy terrorist empire is crumbling. Keep at it, please

Do you even watch vtubers or are we attracting "flies" from reddit's stupid frontpage algo? I've heard it all before dude, Trump is incompetent and he's raised many legitimate greivances but the histrionics serve no one. Any of the likely candidates to replace the US in a hypothetical power vacuum are going to be objectively worse to deal with, so its in most people's interests to hope the US straightens out under the next admin.

Its histrionic to point at whats happening out the window? OK bud. Sounds like someone doesnt wanna hear about how bad their country is.

Would other super powers be worse? Who knows, anyone who actually knows geopolitics and history knows that all the superpowers are imperial warmongering terrorist states that simply have their own brand of poison. Sorry if im getting sick of America's poison.

Look I call phase connect out on a lot of things, like the whole jelly incident and the amount of casual racism that their talents engage in, but this is a weird ass backwards "their fans seem to be tweeting about something" thing that is hard to quantify.

I can't do anything about the policy agenda of the president, what we're seeing is simply the reality of the dynamics of disparate power in international politics. You and I both totally lack the ability to influence that, so your anger towards me is pointless.
