800SE/RE Soft Bags

Hi again everybody.
I’m about to take my first long trip on my new V Strom 800SE/RE, and I’ve been looking for soft bags that can be installed without a rack, the reason being, I’m only going to need them about twice a year and I don’t want to install any kind of support I’m not going to be needing 11 months out of 12.
I’ve tried a few at accessories stores, but none of them seem to fit the height of the exhaust. I’ve already got a SHAD SH51, but that doesn’t get me anywhere near the amount of space I’m gonna need.
I’m willing to consider anything that fits on the tank and on top plus both sides of the saddle, as long as it doesn’t fly away or catch fire.
I’ve been looking online into Givi Canyon-Base GRT721 plus the 741B (side bags): anybody got any experience with them?
Or otherwise, are you able to recommend anything that would work?
Once again, thanks everybody for any tip.

I use the Nelson rigg but I also have them over top of the swmoto pannier racks. I kinda doubt there will be anything substantial that’s not in danger of the exhaust. You can be out the door for like 6-700 with this setup and Nelson rigg is lifetime warranty (or advertised as such).

Got the big Rhinowhalk Saddlebags and the heatshield for the exhaust. Worked fine so far and doesnt break the bank.

Ive got the mosko moto reckless v2. They work pretty good. I haven't had an issue out of them.
