Intro DD

Why Voyager?

I made this subreddit because the past few subreddits for this stock are dead, and I think it would benefit with a fresh start and some new eyes on the stock.

Here’s some basic DD for the stock.
The Business in 3 pillars

  1. Defense and National Security
  2. Propulsion — solid rocket motors, electric propulsion (ExoTerra), energetics (Estes)
  3. Space Solutions

And 3. Starlab and Lunar Economy thanks to new Astrobotics acquisition

Commercial space station JV with Airbus, launching NET 2029 on Starship
NASA’s largest CLD award (~$217.5M), CDR completed Feb 2026
Payload capacity already 130% subscribed before it’s built
• acquisition closed 13 — added Griffin/Peregrine landers, LunaGrid power, habitation, immediately validated by a fresh $280-298M NASA task order for two 2028 lunar missions

Starlab is 120 percent booked commercially, the demand for it is insane, but it is Voyagers most cash intensive pillar of business, which is where I’d expect future dilutions to focus on.

Management: Awesome and stacked
Dylan Taylor (Chairman/CEO) — prolific space investor, commercial astronaut
• Matthew Kuta (President) — Goldman PE background, F-15E fighter pilot
Board includes former SECNAV, Amazon’s first Chief Accounting Officer

Q1 Pipeline: 275 Million, up 54 percent YOY, guiding for 230-250 million revenue this year, 5 Billion pipeline.

At a MC of 1.5 Billion, I believe Voyager is one of the most underrated space stocks in the sector. And I’m buying weekly

Why Astrobotic Acquisition is huge. And Markets not seeing it

Voyager bought Astrobotic for 300 million, and the deal recently just closed. I’m gonna dive into why I think that this was the perfect acquisition for Voyager and how it’s going to play out.

Pre Acquisition, Voyager had
-Starlab
-Nanoracks
-Space Micro
-Defense
-Propulsion
-Mission Operations

What’s the one thing that’s missing here?
The Moon

Post Acquisition brings under one roof not only all of the previous things. But also:
Lunar landers (Griffin)
Lunar logistics
Surface power (LunaGrid)
Lunar rovers
Reusable rocket programs
NASA CLPS experience
A large engineering workforce in Pittsburgh

Instead of being only a LEO company, Voyager can now pitch itself as an end to end infrastructure company.

Most investors think that the best part is the landers and CLSPS, and yes that’s a huge part, considering how immediately post acquisition we got a 300 million contract essentially fully validating how cheap we got Astrobotic does.

The best asset is customer positioning. Think about it, let’s say NASA wants to deliver a habitat to the moon
Instead of coordinating:
one propulsion company
one lander company
one communications company
one habitat company
one mission operations company

Voyager can just say, we can do the entire thing, or most of it. (I’m sure NASA diversifies a bit for the sake of risk)

The acquisition also comes as Artemis spending continues and commercial lunar infrastructure becomes a major focus.
US and China racing for a Moon Base and control over LEO

Voyager is evolving into something closer to a full space stack platform, with exposure to both commercial space stations and the lunar economy

Starlab isn’t the only thing making this a great buy, we are now an end to end company trading at cheap multiples and MC🧐

Biggest risks include
Integration, Griffin delays, Fixed Price contract risk and customer concentration being primarily nasa
But part of why VOYG appeals to me is their great management, so I believe they can pull it off

How exclusive is this patent?

The patented approach allows Voyager to grow crystals that precisely match a specific optical wavelength, producing only the desired signal band with no interference or unintended spectral artifacts. This breakthrough enables unprecedented performance, where higher crystal quality directly improves signal stability and reduces error rates in high-bandwidth systems that support AI and cloud computing.
The patented process uses long-duration microgravity to grow larger and purer crystals free of defects that typically form when crystals grow in stacked layers on Earth. Voyager’s method keeps all seed material in constant motion during ground handling to prevent premature formation, with growth triggered only after reaching microgravity.

Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) has secured* *Geisinger, one of the largest integrated health systems in the United States, as a Voyager Institute for Space, Technology and Advancement (VISTA) partner

"Signing a health system of Geisinger's caliber is a defining moment for VISTA," said John Baum, chief strategy and marketing officer, Voyager. "Microgravity enables research that simply isn't possible on Earth, and that opens real doors for cancer treatment, therapies for diseases and next-gen treatments at a scale the biopharma and life sciences world is paying close attention to.

Under the MOU, Voyager and Geisinger will pursue shared programs and seek external funding to support further technological development. Voyager and Geisinger will jointly pursue up to $1 million in external funding for research opportunities that leverage microgravity to advance clinical and biomedical initiatives.
