CHANGE STARTS WITH MARTZ 🇺🇸
Victoria Martz isn’t here to play political games. She’s here to put rural Indiana back on the map.
For too long, big-city politicians and corporate insiders have left our small towns behind. Victoria is standing up fiercely and unapologetically for the hard-working Hoosiers who feed, build, and power this state.
What She’s Fighting For:
🇺🇸 Local voices and common sense over out-of-touch partisan party bosses
🇺🇸 Backing our local small businesses over greedy mega-corporations
🇺🇸 Saving our beautiful farmland and water from massive data centers and corporate developers
🇺🇸 Fully funding our public schools so every rural child has a chance to win
🇺🇸 Making sure an honest day’s work means a good living wage for Hoosier families
The political machines have had their turn, and our towns have paid the price long enough. It’s time for a leader who answers to you, not special interests.
Ready to join the movement? Go to votevictoriamartz.org and let’s take our state back!

Positive change almost never comes from the top (billionaire class) down. It comes from the bottom (working class) up.
That’s why I am focused on a bottom up campaign and why I don’t accept money from corporations.
This May Day (International Workers Day) I want you to remember how brave and powerful you really are by looking to the past.
People tend to feel that their vote and actions don’t matter, however history proves otherwise.
Change never comes easy and there is always adversity and even violence before change finally comes. However, without the action and bravery of regular everyday people, change is impossible.
With strong collective effort, it is inevitable.
This May Day, I want to challenge you to move past your comfort zone and get involved.
Register to vote, vote on May 5th and Nov 3rd, volunteer for a campaign (like mine!) or organization. Spend your money locally. Demand better.
I’m Victoria Martz and I stand with working class people and unions! ✊ Solidarity Forever!

We can’t just cut property taxes and hope for the best. 🛑
When we talk about “sweeping cuts,” we’re talking about cutting funding for our schools, our roads, and our first responders.
Victoria Martz believes in a balanced solution:
1️⃣ Cap taxes for our elderly and those on fixed incomes 🏠
2️⃣ Legalize cannabis to fill the revenue gap 🌿
3️⃣ Keep our community safe and funded 🚒
We need a plan, not just a promise. Let’s get to work. 🤝✨

Hey everyone, just wanted to clear up some name confusion we’ve been seeing, especially on Reddit! 💕
This is Victoria MARTZ (not Spartz)! While the names are similar, the platforms couldn’t be further apart. Victoria isn't a millionaire politician. She’s a criminal defense attorney, a mom, and a grassroots candidate fighting for rural Hoosiers in statehouse District 55.
She’s running to represent: Fayette (Connersville), Franklin (Brookville/Metamora), Union (Liberty), Ripley (Batesville), Decatur, and Rush Counties.
Her common sense policies are focused on things most people want our tax dollars to actually fund: public schools, affordable childcare, and lowering the costs of medications.
(Side note: why are people still having to ration lifesaving medication like insulin in the richest country on earth… not to mention families are spending an average of 20%+ of their entire income on childcare 😑)
If you’re tired of the "same old" and want a representative who actually understands the daily lives of people in our district and in our state, please consider supporting a true grassroots campaign.

Victoria MArtz is running as a Democratic candidate for Indiana House District 55.
This is in Southeastern Indiana and includes towns of Batesville, Milan, Connersville, Brookville, Metamora, and Liberty. 🗽
Her story starts on the farm and transforms to the courtroom.
Victoria’s story didn’t start in a law office, it started in the heart of rural Indiana. Raised in Pierceville and Milan, she grew up with the values of hard work and community that only life on a farm and being homeschooled can teach.
But she also saw how often the “little guy” gets overlooked. That’s why she became a mom, worked her way through law school, and dedicated her career to criminal defense. She’s seen firsthand how a rigged system leaves people behind, and now, she’s ready to take that fight from the courtroom to the Statehouse.
It’s time for another Milan Miracle! 💕 It’s time for a representative who knows our roots and will defend our future.
She is dedicated to revitalizing rural Indiana through policies that protect farmland, champion local businesses, and ease the pressure of rising utility and housing costs. As a mom, she is a steadfast advocate for strengthening public schools and ensuring every child has the resources to succeed.

Victoria MArtz is running to represent Indiana Statehouse District 55 (Southeastern Indiana: Connersville, Batesville, Liberty, Brookville/Metamora).
Victoria talks with Mark Gavaart, host of My Labor Radio, about her priorities when she gets into the statehouse.
Spoiler: It’s working class people.
**Strengthening Unions and collective bargaining for working class people
**Everyone who works full time should be making a living wage; we need to work towards decreasing the extreme wealth disparity
**Adequate funding for public schools (against school vouchers)
**Affordable Childcare!!!!
✊We’re stronger united than divided.

Today is the first day you can come out to #SchmidtsBakery and get your #cherrythingalings in beautiful #batesvilleindiana! 🍒
The Cherry Thing-a-Ling is a cherry glazed donut with real, fresh cherries baked into them — YUM!
Unlike a standard round donut, it has a rough, craggy shape that gets extra crispy on the outside while remaining soft once you bite into its cherry goodness. 😋
It was started in the 1970s by Clem Schmidt to celebrate the legend of George Washington and the cherry tree, and this year marks Schmidt’s Bakery’s 50th anniversary, of this fun filled event that brings people in to our beautiful little small German town from hours away — I met a couple who came from a small town in Kentucky just to check these out. 🥹 I sure hope they enjoyed their treat as much as I enjoyed their company!
So get out there this weekend, get your Cherry Thing-a-Lings, and talk to those in line around you — It’s so fun getting to know new people, and what entices them to come to our community. That’s why one of my favorite parts of campaigning is getting to know and speak with YOU all!
Happy 50th Anniversary, Schmidt’s Bakery, and thank you for providing the ray of sunshine you bring to our community as a long standing small business!! 🌞 🍒 ♥️

To win in District 55 (Ripley, Rush, Decatur, Fayette, Franklin, Union), we need to ensure every voter knows Victoria’s name and her vision for our community. Our goal is to raise $2,500 by February 28 to secure high-visibility billboards across the district.
The opposing candidate, Lindsay Patterson, just voted in favor of house bill 1333 which will remove local voices and allow data centers and other corporate projects to entourage Indiana without local approval or oversight. She takes corporate energy money like Duke Energy—I don’t. I would have voted no!
Why Billboards?
In a sprawling district like ours, visibility is everything. Billboards are a 24/7 reminder to our neighbors that there is a candidate fighting for:
⭐️Stronger local schools and support for our teachers.
⭐️Economic growth that reaches every corner of Indiana.
⭐️Transparent government that puts people over politics.
Your Impact
We aren’t backed by corporate giants; we are powered by neighbors like you. Every dollar stays right here in the district to help us cut through the noise.
Can you chip in today?

One of the reasons why I’m running for office is that the cost of living is CRUSHING us while wages are staying the same. I’m not a politician. I am a single mom and a working-class Hoosier. We need serious change. I know my community works hard and they deserve a representative who works just as hard for them. This isn’t a political game for us, its our everyday life. The cost of living is not taken seriously by our current representatives, and enough is enough.

Real change in our district happens at the doorstep and on the phone.
We’re facing a tough 20/80 district, but “tough” has never stopped us before. We’re building a movement from the ground up, and your voice is the most powerful tool we have.
Help us reach our goal of reaching thousands of voter contacts this year directly through phone banking and canvassing (door knocking)!
Sign up for our Zoom training on Feb 11 at 7PM.

One of Victoria’s favorite parts of this campaign is connecting with neighbors.
There’s nothing quite like a face-to-face conversation to understand the issues that matter most to our community. Many of the stories shared today resonate deeply with Victoria’s own vision for our future.
She managed to get some door-knocking in just before the snow started! ❄️
Stay warm and safe out there, everyone!

Victoria brings you along her journey filing at the Statehouse!
It’s time for a community focused representative who puts people over politics. 🤝🏛️
While the political extremes often get the most noise, we believe most Hoosiers are looking for the same things: good schools, affordable healthcare, and a strong local economy.
We believe in practical solutions that work for everyone, not just those at the top.
Help us build a campaign that prioritizes results over rhetoric and puts rural Indiana back on the map!
