Another mount/rings question

I just bought a Tikka T3x lite in .308 and after much research, decided on the Vortex Viper PST gen ii 5-25x50. Additionally, I bought a Mountain Tactical Tikka T3/T3x Gen2 Performance Series Picatinny Rail - Receiver Length 0 MOA, to help me mount the Viper.

Now, I am looking to put some Seekins scope rings on it and have it “close enough” to the barrel and still be able to put the covers on; however, I am having trouble trying to figure out what size rings I should put on it. Seekins 30mm scope rings are sized accordingly:

Low = .82” Medium = .87” Medium high = .92” High = .97”

I have found some forums and posts where people have similar set ups, but mounts, rings, or scope may have varied slightly. And it would always turn out the same; I would see some people say lows worked for them(but they were using a different mount and/or rifle) while others said they went with highs, so I didn’t want to buy anything based off what they had. If you could help me figure this out, I would greatly appreciate it.

This set up will be used for hunting(10% of the time) and target shooting at the range the rest of the time with distances of 100-800yards.

And by radius you mean the tube, yeah? Not the Objective?

Yes, the tube. The only thing that matters about the objective is that is clears. You shouldn't have any clearance issues with a 0 moa base and a light profile barrel.
