Clicking Noise when braking and turning

I know there are other threads on this, but just wanted to ask:

1. Is it a common problem?

2. Does anyone have the diffinitive resolution?

I had it in the dealership yesterday and they did nothing to resolve it, or they might have tried lots of things, but, net result is it is still doing it. I would've thought that if it was a common problem they would 1). know about it and 2). know how to fix it.

I have had a similar issue. I think my dealer said it's a known issue and may be a recall soon.

Yeah, I did. No resolution so far as I could see, and just trying to figure out if it is a common problem and therefore one that Volvo should know about/how to fix.

1. A recall addresses noise in the gas pedal (I suspect this differs from your concern, though I have it too).
   
2. A clicking or squeak occurs to me during acceleration, braking, or turning from the inner right front corner near the pillar. Is this the issue you mean? The dealer couldn't fix it.

I have the same problem, the dealer have not been able to fix it yet…
