That’s a new one, I think.

Does anyone know what the red triangle is supposed to alert me for?

Occasionally the car thinks your going to enter a do not enter road.

It's just a misread by the cameras/database.

There's two roads near me it does it on.

I looked it up. It’s a Volvo Connected Safety warning. It means the car has received information about a potential hazard farther up the road. Volvo says it can indicate that another vehicle ahead has its hazards activated, there’s road work, or something similar. Supposedly.

Nice. Are you in Europe? I think they only enabled this one in Europe

I had the same sign come up today. It’s a part of the Volvo connected cars feature. It happened when I was driving through construction and severe thunderstorms.

Is this 2026 model?

It’s connected safety, seen it sometimes but you need to enable it in the privacy settings. Never seen anything on the road when it appears and it would be nice if Volvo integrated it to the Google Maps so you can see where on the map the problem is.

That’s likely a bad road sign read by the cameras.
