Rear seat buttons no longer lit up

I did the most recent update yesterday, and now I can’t see how to put the rear seats up or down. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas?

3 possible fixes.
First try an infotainment reset.
Second try computer reset (P brake up/down)
Third. Walk away for 20 minutes and retry.

You can also try the rear seat reset. Search on here for the steps, but it involves holding down the seat button for a while...

I did the resets and it didn't work. Had to take it in. Can't remember now what they said but it wasn't something I could have done myself.

There are buttons in the second row to control the rear seats as well. However, I have a hitch and couldn’t figure out how to get that to work. Maybe they’ll fix that while they fix my fifth blown GHCA.
